They scraped down the old dirt that was there then put a layer of loam then a second layer of loam with fertilizer in it. He even spread insect prevention that I had bought for us before the hydro seed was sprayed. If you need anything for your lawn care or landscaping you will be totally 100 percent happy with his work. I am and you will be too."
